- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Sill is down to earth and kind. The staff is friendly. I was only visiting MI when I had to take my dog in for an emergency (he's fine). Now that I live here Red Arrow is my clinic of choice. btw, the online pet portal is great. You can access your pet's records online. Very handy!October 24, 2017by A Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Rude, no emergency services and limited hours. Large animal vet who has no office setup for large animals. Very limited knowledge and equipment. Will not be repeating a visit and highly suggest not wasting your time!February 12, 2017by private user
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is not a place we should’ve taken our cat! Although notified ahead of time, Dr. Sill clearly does not have the patience to deal with “difficult” animals, and seemed to take her frustration out on the Assistant and the Tech that were in the room with us (my son, my daughter, and myself). She yelled at the Assistant for “just standing there” and wondered out loud, and loudly, why the Tech wasn’t “doing anything”. I put on the protective gloves myself, while my daughter held the cat so they could put a muzzle on. The silence in the room after the vet’s outbursts was awkward and uncomfortable. The vet charged us for an office visit AND an extra $46 for a Comprehensive Exam, which she did not do! She took the temp, listened to her heart (not lungs), and felt her abdomen - after roughly pushing her down on the exam table, head first. There was no skin check, eyes or ears checked, no joint movement checks, etc that are part of a “comprehensive” exam. Blood work was done and medication prescribed - a “normal adult cat dose” of a pill for hyperthyroidism. The cat didn’t eat for 2 days after that. I finally got her to eat 1/2 the prescribed dose so as not to the overdose her again. My daughter called the vet a few days later to dispute those fees we paid and was told we were charged for the whole comprehensive exam because the “cat was difficult”. Then when we got the records faxed to us, we noticed that all the boxes on the comprehensive exam boxes were checked, as if they were done!
